SAN FRANCISCO, August 20, 2015 – The 2015 Intel Developer Forum (IDF), held at Moscone West in San Francisco from Tuesday, August 18th through Thursday, August 20th, brought together a record number of developers, technologists and makers who create the products, engineer the systems, render the movies and power the toys that deliver amazing experiences.
BMX bikers were featured on the third floor at the Moscone West building in San Francisco, turning, jumping and twisting off a bike ramp against the backdrop of the city in the background. Connected to monitors, these bikes have built-in electronics that score the quality of the aerial moves. It featured real-time data on the spot from Intel sensors built into the bike.
It’s my favorite time of year to see what kind of technology will be lurking in our everyday living in the next few years that will affect everybody’s daily life. Intel never seems to disappoints with their demos that were on display at the Concourse Exhibits and Technology Showcase and Networking Plaza.
For the lucky attendees, they were treated to a Attendee Appreciation party, with Young the Giant and The Fray .
Here’s a fast paced two minute recap video that Intel put together from Day one and Day two.
Brian Krzanich, Intel’s Chief Executive Officer, kicked off IDF 2015 highlighting a range of new products, tools, and programs that support the growing personalization of computing and described the trends creating new opportunities for developers across an unprecedented breadth of technologies.
Here is CEO of Intel’s, Brian Krzanich keynotes in all of its full glory.
